Temporary Fuel Surchage

Due to the recent rise in global fuel prices, Valet Airport Shuttle finds it necessary to introduce a temporary fuel surcharge on all Shuttle services.

Importantly, this surcharge is expected to be temporary. When oil prices stabilize and return to normal levels, we plan to return to standard pricing.

This adjustment goes into effect for all new bookings as of April 1, 2026, and any existing bookings are unaffected.

The surcharge will be approximately $10-$30 per trip to the airport, depending on your pick up/drop off location and will be clearly noted on quotes and confirmations.

We want to be transparent about why this change is necessary. Fuel represents one of the highest costs for our operation, and this surcharge allows us to operate and maintain the quality service which we provide.

What time should I be
picked up?

Trip times can vary dependng on traffic and weather. Generally Peterborough to Pearson Airport is 90 minutes each direction. Lindsay would add 30 minutes and outside of Peterborough could add 15-30 minutes. Our booking specialist will recommend an appropriate pick up time based on time of day, expected weather conditions, and your location.

What information does Valet's need to pick me up at the airport?

With your Airline and flight number, we can track your flight for late and early arrivals to ensure prompt pick up at the airports. Please contact us if you have to make any departure or arrival changes.

I'm at Billy Bishop Airport, what do I do now?

We already have your Airline and flight number, so we are most likely at the airport waiting for you. Your driver will text you if your number has been provided. Once outside, look for the Airport Shuttle vehicle out front.
